Submission of Specimen copy of Books to select books for purchase for 1510 Libraries under the "Scheme for Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment 2023-24."
The office of the undersigned on behalf of the Government of Tripura invites interested publishers to submit of non-refundable Specimen Copies regarding Selection of Books and purchase for 1510 Nos Children and Adolescents' Libraries and Digital Infrastructure at Panchayat and Municipal Ward Offices under the "Scheme for Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment 2023-24."
Eligibility and Submission Requirements:
1. Only publishers are eligible to apply; authorized vendors or suppliers are not permitted
2. Publishers are required to submit non-refundable Specimen Copies of their books within 30th September 2024 along with printed application.
3. Books will be purchased at a discounted rate of 35%.
4. The MRP on the submitted Specimen Copy will be treated as final. No revised rate will be billed during or after the supply, even if a reprint has a revised MRP.
5. Publisher shall also intimate the MRP of the previous edition, if any. 6. Books in Bengali, Kokborok and other local languages will be prioritized.
7. Books must be delivered to 1510 Nos of Gram Panchayat, Municipal Ward & Village Council Offices without any additional charges for packaging, postage, transportation, or handling.
