4. Other Ballot Papers (with counterfoils) not issued to voters
5. Ballot Papers cancelled for violation of voting procedure
6. Returning and Other cancelled Ballot Papers
7. Cover containing tendered Ballot Papers & list in Form 19
SEALING OF ELECTION PAPERS SECOND PACKET
1. List of Challenged Votes in Form-17
2. Appointment Letters of Polling Agents in Form-10
3. List of Blind & infirm Electors in Form-18
4. Receipt book and each if any in respect of the Challenged Votes
5. A copy or copies of electoral rolls other than the marked copy of electoral rolls
6. Any other paper which the Returning officer has directed to keep in separate packets.
7.Any others paper which the Returning Officer has directed to keep in separate packets.
SEALING OF ELECTION PAPER THIRD PACKET
1. Metal rule for detaching the ballot paper from the counterfoil ;
2. Indelible Ink set.
3. Self-inking Pad.
4. Handbook for instructions to Presiding Officer.
5. The Rubber stamp bearing distinguishing mark
6. Arrow cross mark rubber stamp for marking ballot paper
7. Metal seal of the Presiding Officer
8. Other election materials and paper.
